Designed by G.F. Ashley to replace the Hospital built by the Rev. Lambuth in 1883 – see Doctor-Built Hospitals. Ashley, like Hussey, used a Chinese style for the out-patients department, Western design for the hospital proper he linked them via a covered gallery.
